In my career as a professional, I have consulted with over 50 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. As a consultant, I was frequently asked to provide training to employees at my clients’ site. Typically it was job function training on the equipment / systems that were being installed / validated. In addition, I had the opportunity to perform a number of classroom type training programs for clients as well as presenting at ISPE and PDA conferences. Working with individuals who have a desire to learn and helping them understand is very gratifying to me so I have decided to make this a new career; teaching, training, and mentoring.

At The Ferer Group Inc., I focus on knowledge transfer to the new generation of professionals through a variety of media, including customized on-site courses, seminars, web presentations, mentoring, and consultation in the pharmaceutical, biotech, beverage and food industries.

As a consultant, I always strive to provide value to my clients, and to do that I must first understand what your needs are. Through careful identification of business needs, understanding your regulatory risk tolerance, and using scientific approaches to solving problems, I provide solutions that are both based in science and risk management, as well as cost effective and practical. My client’s expectations are met when there is clear communication and setting of common goals; I ensure that I understands my client’s needs so that I can exceed their expectations.
